> Anonymous time, timezone, holiday and rule-based working-day queries for agents.

Use explicit IANA timezones and ISO dates. Calendar data is rule-derived, not a complete official work calendar. Inspect coverage; strict working-day queries reject incomplete coverage. Current time must be fetched live. Do not infer current dates from examples.
